The school has an excellent reputation for supporting pupils with SEMH needs and ensuring they receive the care and structure necessary to succeed both academically and emotionally.\n\nThe Role:\n\nYou’ll provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural difficulties, helping them navigate their day with positivity, patience, and clear boundaries. You’ll assist with implementing behaviour management strategies, deliver personalised interventions, and build trusting relationships that foster long-term development and emotional growth.\n\nRequirements\nKey Qualities We’re Looking For:\n\n• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH/challenging behaviours\n\n• A calm, firm, and nurturing presence\n\n• Ability to manage behaviour confidently and positively\n\n• Resilience, adaptability, and a team-player mindset\n\n• Confidence working closely with teachers, SENCo, and external specialists\n\nBenefitsWhy This Role?
