Payroll Manager
Location: Kilmarnock
Starting Salary: Competitive, dependent on Experience, plus a generous benefits package
Role Description
Key Responsibilities of the role will include:
End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls for a number of Clients
Pension administration and correspondence with providers
Managing P32 and PAYE reporting and payment requirements
Ensuring payroll procedures are consistently applied and compliant
Liaising with HMRC and handling payroll-related communications
Maintaining internal payroll-related systems and documentation.
Qualifications
Prior experience working in a busy accountants office, with a strong focus on payroll would be advantageous – ideally payroll bureau experience
Professional and confident communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Strong IT skills
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
