About the Role:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, following relevant examination specifications.
* Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students are challenged and supported.
* Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including mathematical software, problem-solving activities, and real-world applications, to enhance student learning.
* Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning journeys.
* Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Maths and Further Maths examinations, ensuring they have a strong understanding of assessment criteria.
* Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and resources, integrating advanced mathematical concepts and technology.
* Foster a love of mathematics in students, encouraging them to develop their analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities and enrichment programs related to mathematics and STEM.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics, including advanced topics.
* Demonstrated ability to teach across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, including Further Maths.
* Experience in preparing students for GCSE and A-Level Maths and Further Maths examinations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mathematical skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate high-achieving female students.
* A passion for mathematics and a commitment to empowering young women in STEM.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
