As a Resourcing Officer, you'll support the Business leadership and play an important role in the implementation and delivery of Resource Management (RM) services to provide operational excellence. Resource Management works collaboratively with our business to deliver successful people deployment solutions and build quality client teams with suitable skills and experience.
This is both a people and commercially focused role, founded on establishing effective working relationships with all key stakeholders across the business.
What your days will look like:

* Analyse Management Information (MI) and use this to make informed resourcing decisions and recommendations to the business.
* Build strong, lasting relationships within the business, and the wider resourcing function, to enable greater effectiveness in providing solutions for resourcing demands.
* Build relationships with stakeholders and become the point of contact and trusted advisor for resourcing services.
* Improve agility by utilising people and their skills within your immediate business area.
This role is for you if:
* You have demonstrable experience of workforce planning, resourcing, recruitment and/or project management experience within a professional environment.
* You can evidence well refined communication skills, both written and oral.
* You have an ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships, with an ability to communicate and negotiate across all levels of the business.
* You can plan, prioritise, multitask and manage a significant workload under pressure.
* You are comfortable and confident with systems – Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
* You have knowledge of manpower planning systems (advantageous but not essential).
What you'll receive from us:
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
