Registered Manager - Burton (3-bed LD Home) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to lead a newly established 3-bed Learning Disabilities (LD) home in Burton. This is an excellent chance to make a real impact and shape the direction of a new service, helping it grow and improve while providing high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and operational management of the service Oversee all aspects of the home's operations, including staffing, care, and compliance Implement and drive improvements to the home's internal environment Ensure the service meets regulatory requirements and CQC standards Develop, implement, and review care plans, risk assessments, and support plans Lead and mentor staff, promoting a culture of high-quality care Act as the Registered Manager with the CQC and ensure the service is always operating at its best Requirements: Level 4 or Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (essential) Significant experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD) Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team and improving services Proven track record of successfully managing a residential care setting A thorough understanding of CQC regulations and standards for LD services Full UK Driving License (essential) Salary: £43,000 - £46,000 per annum (including quarterly bonuses) Location: Burton, Staffordshire INDHSMC Leader Recruitment Group is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
