Duties will include:
1. Face to face resident interaction, building a good relationship and rapport with customers.
2. Greeting and qualifying prospective residents.
3. Booking in viewings for the Leasing team.
4. Tenancy administration which could include updating tenancy agreements, reference checks, compliance checks
5. Support in the preparation and delivery of customer communication ensuring residents are regularly updated on building matters and other matters that may impact their experience.
6. Manage parcel overflow ensuring both residents and delivery companies are ‘managed’ to follow parcel strategy.
7. Key Management and arranging access to properties for third parties (agents, contractors, inventory clerks).
8. Ensure the resident move in and move out process is seamless.
Requirements
9. Previous Customer Service and Administration experience
10. Experience within property, hospitality, travel or similar would be an advantage.
11. Strong written and verbal English skills
12. IT proficient
13. Well-groomed and professional appearance.
14. Passionate about customer service.
15. Ability to build relationships.
16. Self-motivated and able to work alone.
