Job Description:
A nationally based AJ100 practice is seeking an Associate-level Architectural Technologist to join their London studio. The role is for a Principal Architectural Technologist or Principal Architectural Technician at a management level, serving as the technical lead. You will work on existing and new projects, help nurture the team, and contribute to the studio's growth and development.
What does the role entail?
* Managing projects across sectors such as commercial, industrial, healthcare, and interiors.
* Collaborating with clients and consultants to manage workload, outputs, and milestones.
* Producing drawings from feasibility to construction stages, mainly using Revit and AutoCAD.
* Visiting sites and external offices for design meetings, site reviews, snagging, and client or contractor meetings.
Skills required:
* Significant project management experience, preferably across multiple sectors.
* Proven experience using Revit on construction projects.
* Experience in industrial and/or healthcare sectors is preferred.
* A positive, pragmatic approach with leadership qualities and confidence in client interactions.
