Their Purpose
To support families through bereavement with expert guidance and genuine compassion, making a complex process feel manageable and human.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Assist with setting up the trust department
* Primary point of contact for all trust related matters
* Assisting with training on trust administration
* Collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless client experience
* Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in how they work
What They're Looking For
Qualifications are desirable but not essential. They are looking for individuals with some of the following experience:
* 5 years' experience of Trust Management
* Will drafting experience
* Qualified solicitor or TEP

* A proactive, solutions-focused individual
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Experience in probate, legal services, or estate administration

Where You'll Be Working
The office is based at Spectrum House, Bond Street, Bristol BS1 3LG / Hybrid
Hiring Process – What to Expect
Our client likes to keep things clear and straightforward. Here's what you can expect:
* Application review – Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and you will be contacted when shortlisted
* Initial chat – A short call to get to know you better. There will be some element of competency here but the aim is for it to be more conversational. (30mins)
* Interview – A competency based interview with the hiring managers (up to 60mins)
* Presentation – A chance to demonstrate your knowledge (up to 30mins)
* Final Stage – Meet more of the Senior Management team and ask any final questions
* Feedback – You will be contacted following your interview, typically within one week
