A well-established and growing legal team are seeking to recruit two Casualty Lawyers to join their practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with defendant insurance experience who are looking to handle high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
The Role:
The Casualty Lawyer position requires solid experience handling defendant insurance claims and confidence in managing your own caseload while working collaboratively within a supportive team.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
\t
* Processing and working on Public Liability claims
\t
* Acting for local authorities or insurers acting on behalf of local authorities
\t
* Managing a varied caseload of both standard and complex claims
\t
* Handling coverage matters
About You:
\t
* NQ+ qualified solicitor or SQE-qualified candidate with relevant experience
\t
* Experience handling defendant casualty / insurance claims
\t
* Strong exposure to Public Liability claims (Employer’s Liability experience also beneficial)
\t
* Ability to manage a caseload independently
\t
* Strong communication and client relationship skills
\t
* A collaborative approach and ability to work well within a team
