An exciting opportunity has opened to join us as a HR and Recruitment Coordinator in our Support Office in Swindon. We're looking for a super organised and capable individual to be accountable for the smooth running of HR Operations, including the creation, management, maintenance and manipulation of HR data relating to the employee lifecycle and support recruitment activity by delivering the right talent at the right time. Providing guidance on policy and procedures as well as supporting the wider People & Culture team with exciting projects.
Responsibilities include:
* Play a key role across the full employee lifecycle, delivering a smooth and positive experience from onboarding to offboarding. This includes new starter and leaver processes, employee benefits administration, payroll support, and maintaining high?quality people data.
