Due to strategic expansion within the business, we have an exciting and unique opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team in London. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career within a fast-growing brand and industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing engaging marketing & communications materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, from concept to completion.
* Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of grammar and tone to produce persuasive copy for Marketing Collateral, Website Content, Social Media, and Press Releases.
* Producing our internal magazine, including interviewing colleagues and directors, and writing engaging articles.
* Creating compelling visual assets for various platforms, utilizing your proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
* Managing Social Media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages
* Contributing to videography projects, including filming and editing, to create dynamic video content.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to embrace new challenges & travel.
* Assisting in organising and managing internal company events.
* Collaborating with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective marketing & communications solutions.
* Supporting the wider marketing team with various initiatives and campaigns, with confidence to take the lead on essential projects.
* Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
* Using website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand the way users interact with the site.
Advantages to have
* Experience or strong interest in videography and video editing.
* Experience or strong interest in shooting and editing high-quality photographic content.
Key Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
* Ability to function independently and take initiative, navigating a dynamic and sometimes evolving work environment.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, and Photoshop.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in interviewing individuals at all levels, including company directors.
* Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, including event planning and magazine production.
* Clean driving licence
What we’re looking for:
* 1-2 years’ experience within a similar marketing/communications role
* Must have strong copywriting skills
* Ability to bring new ideas to the table
* Team player
* A good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
* An understanding of the Telecommunications industry is preferred but not mandatory
* Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
