Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Technician
Location: Covering London, Home Counties.
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (Flexible, dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (plus 1 hour each way for travel, and 1 hour for lunch)

PPE provided.The OpportunityA Technical Facilities Maintenance company is seeking a reliable and adaptable Multi-Skilled Mobile Engineer to support a prestigious client portfolio, including several properties across London, the Home Counties, and extending to Bicester. These are private, well-maintained buildings associated with a VIP family and their staff.
The role will involve carrying out a mixture of planned maintenance and compliance-based tasks throughout the year. During July and the first two weeks of August, when the family is in residence, the workload increases, and no leave can be taken. Outside of this period, the pace is more measured and planned.
