( Adult / Child / Learning Disability or Mental Health) Previous / recent experience or working in an acute secondary health and care setting (can include undergraduate student placements within the last 12 months) UK Professional Registration Requirements: PIN-number DBS National insurance number Right to work in UK Previous experience is essential Health and social care relevant trainings Must be able to drive and have access to their own car to commute to and from the service Manual Handling Practical training Nurse / Midwife/ Operation Department Practitioner needed: Supernumerary, clinical lead/ oversight/ high delivery Working with Mgmt team to turnaround clinical side of the home High performing individual needed General trained nurse 8-12 weeks- flexible with wknds and day shifts only Full handover will be given- wont be left alone.
Working knowledge of PCS Your Nurse / Midwife/ Operation Department Practitioner role will include:
* Valid NMC or HCPC registration
* Experience in a care home, hospital or similar setting
* Adept in using clinical equipment and administering medication
* Ability to document and communicate effectively
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and their families
* Ability to work in and lead a team
