What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
* Managing a residential lettings portfolio
* Handling tenancy management and property maintenance issues
* Liaising with landlords tenants and contractors
* Resolving issues efficiently and diplomatically
* Ensuring high standards of service delivery
* Supporting the wider team and contributing to process improvement
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience)
* Experience in property management tenancy management or lettings
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
* Knowledge of lettings processes and legal notices
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Confident liaising across departments and with clients
* ARLA qualification beneficial but not essential
