What we expect from you
We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual, with a passion for hospitality, to join as a key role in the business.
You will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a wide demographic, understanding the importance of tailoring each interaction to the individual.
You will be well presented, polite and have a genuine interest in the people you are speaking to, either face to face, by phone or email.
You will need to have the ability to not only work alone on your own initiative, but to also liaise with other departments in order to manage guests requests promptly and be willing to jump in and help other departments when needed.
Good organisation and admin skills are a necessity and outstanding attention to detail is a must Experience is desirable; however training will be given to the right candidate.
