As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers-setting the tone for the firm with your warmth and professionalism.
This role is pivotal to the smooth day-to-day running of our office and offers variety in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting clients and visitors
* Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls appropriately
* Scheduling appointments and maintaining meeting room bookings
* Providing administrative support
* Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
About You:
* Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management systems
