The Role
As Environment and Release Manager, you will be a vital part of the IT team, overseeing project deliveries and transformation programmes. Your responsibilities will include managing releases across ERP, CRM, and HCM systems, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. The role requires planning, negotiation, and navigation skills to achieve project goals.
You?
We seek candidates with proven experience managing environments and releases, preferably within CRM transformation programmes like MS D365 CRM. Relevant Azure certifications and a solid understanding of release management processes, methodologies, and tools are essential. Experience with Application Lifecycle Management and proficiency with release and project management tools are required. Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder influence are crucial. Additionally, strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are needed in this fast-paced environment. Experience with SaaS solutions such as D365, NetSuite, and ServiceNow is highly desirable.
