Accountabilities
* Support web design needs across the marketing site and Help Center.
* Animate creative assets using Rive or similar tools.
* Design scroll-driven experiences and component interactions.
* Create motion briefs for external contractors.
* Build CMS-ready components and maintain design libraries.
* Co-own the evolution of the web motion system.
* Ensure accessibility and performance compliance.
* Collaborate with engineering on design implementation.
Requirements
* 5+ years of web design experience with a strong portfolio.
* Expertise in Figma and its advanced features.
* Experience with Rive or creating motion assets.
* Strong visual craft skills including typography and composition.
* Ability to conceptualize animation in product storytelling.
* Understanding of web design standards and reduced-motion defaults.
* Organizational skills for documentation and design specs.
* Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
