Job Description
3. Preparation of monthly management accounts for group entities
4. Consolidation of group results and preparation of group-level reporting
5. Assist in the development of monthly board packs and financial reports for stakeholders
6. Variance analysis and commentary against budgets and forecasts
7. Support the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes
8. Liaise with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting
9. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support audit preparation and year-end processes
10. Provide financial analysis to support strategic projects, acquisitions, and performance reviews
11. Maintain and develop internal financial controls and systems
The Successful Applicant
A successful MA/FA should have:
12. ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified.
13. Extensive knowledge of financial management and reporting practices.
14. Experience working within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
15. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
16. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
17. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
