As Head of Customer Spaces, you'll play a pivotal leadership role in delivering a forward-thinking, customer-first service aligned with our strategic goals. You'll lead and inspire teams across Landscaping, Tree Maintenance, Cleaning, and Waste services-around 190 colleagues-ensuring these essential services are delivered to the highest standard. You'll focus on creating exceptional customer experiences, managing budgets efficiently, and embedding new teams and services seamlessly. Your work will place customers at the heart of decisions, helping ensure that every outdoor and shared space contributes to a place people feel proud to live. You'll also drive transformation, fostering an inclusive, adaptable, and safety-conscious culture where people thrive and services continually evolve.
