The Role:
Our Assistant Stylists are key to our grooming salons' success. You will deliver high standards of pet care, demonstrating basic skills in dog grooming, including handling techniques, equipment use, and pre-grooming prep.
We provide training, skills development, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service. You’ll enjoy a competitive pay and growth opportunities through training and skill-based pay enhancements.
We’re seeking individuals who are:
* Passionate about delivering great service.
* Flexible to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed Sundays). Contract of 39 hours, with potential for additional hours during busy periods, absences, and holidays.
* Experience with dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential (note: bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience). Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
* Familiar with target-driven environments is a plus, but not required.
