Do you enjoy helping people, answering questions and making a real difference from day one? Join our team and play a vital role in supporting candidates on their journey to joining the British Army. This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, based onsite at our Upavon, Wiltshire office. Being office-based means you will benefit from hands‑on support, in‑person training, and the opportunity to build strong relationships with colleagues in a collaborative setting.
As part of your induction, you will attend a 1.5‑day in‑person induction at our offices in Bovington.

What you'll be doing
* Answering inbound calls from individuals interested in joining the British Army
* Responding to candidate enquiries via online webchat
* Updating and maintaining accurate records on our internal systems
* Providing clear information about the recruitment process and next steps
* Escalating issues or queries when appropriate
* Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment
What we're looking for
* Previous customer service experience, face‑to‑face or over the phone
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
* Strong listening skills with the ability to capture information accurately
* Flexibility to work a shift pattern between 8.15am and 7.00pm
* A patient, empathetic and professional approach
* Familiarity with army careers, would be an advantage
