Candidates must meet eligibility criteria for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. Criteria include:
* A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or post-graduate qualification plus at least one year of relevant experience.
* A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree plus at least two years of relevant experience.
* Four or more years of relevant experience.
We also welcome applicants with the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
