Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality learning experiences that inspire curiosity and foster a love of learning. Assess pupil progress and provide valuable feedback to support individual development. Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect, resilience, and enthusiasm. Collaborate with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to ensure every child reaches their full potential. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS1 (Year 2 experience preferred). Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent behaviour management and communication skills. A proactive attitude toward safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
