Hours of Work - 37.5 hours a week

About The Role
As a Team Leader for Hobbycraft, you will support the management team and help drive sales, alongside developing and delivering excellent customer service.
* Operating the till and accurately handling transactions
* Overseeing operations including merchandising, goods in, warehouse, and duty management
* Supporting and coaching new colleagues
* Coordinating Colleague workload
* Answering customer inquiries
About You
* Minimum 1 year’s retail experience, managerial or supervisory experience advantageous
* Passionate about craft and inspiring others
* Ability to learn and share product knowledge to meet customer needs
* Enthusiastic, driven, motivated
* Confident communicator
* Flexible to meet business needs
