The Role
As an HR Specialist, you will be a key member of the MyHR team, responsible for managing complex HR queries and escalations while contributing to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
Working closely with HR Partners, Centres of Expertise and our Global Capability Center (GCC), you will:
* Manage and resolve complex employee and manager queries with accuracy and care
* Support the delivery of key HR programs, including onboarding, offboarding and benefits
* Maintain data quality and lead compliance across HR systems (including Workday)
* Take an active role in HR projects and transformation initiatives
* Drive and support automation and continuous improvement across HR processes
* Partner with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and reduce issues
Qualifications
* Solid HR experience, ideally including exposure to complex cases or escalations
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working with HR systems (Workday preferred)
* A proactive, solution-oriented outlook
* Interest in driving improvements, automation, and better ways of working
* Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and geographies
