Role: PAAF Manager
The PAAF Manager is responsible for controlling and monitoring PAAF registers across various projects, ensuring compliance with works information and contractual mechanisms. They will audit PAAF entries for SQEP and related requirements, collaborate with the Payments Manager to investigate approvals/disallowances via CEMAR, and work with project teams to resolve issues, ensuring resource planning is not affected.
The manager will also ensure that each project team maintains an auditable process for PAAF documentation, report and forecast on PAAF statuses, and communicate effectively at all levels to support resource management across projects.
Key Duties:
* Control PAAF documentation in line with procedures, including logging, distribution, storage, and revision control.
* Liaise with project management and teams to meet payment approval conditions and prepare for client audits.
* Maintain the central PAAF register linked to project organograms and job descriptions for onboarding/offboarding.
* Manage annual PAAF renewal processes, including change control amendments.
* Assist with change controls for PAAF registers and liaise with Commercial Leads to ensure rate accuracy.
* Ensure templates conform to procedures and quality standards.
* Provide weekly and monthly reports on PAAF status and resource numbers, highlighting risks and opportunities.
* Perform ad hoc duties as directed to support PAAF processes and reporting functions.
