About the Role:
I'm seeking an experienced Research Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting leading video game companies. The role focuses on producing in-depth, high-quality customer insights reports and delivering engaging presentations based on qualitative research. This is a contract position for approximately 3-4 months, with opportunity to work fully remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver detailed reports analysing customer bases within the gaming industry, typically producing 3 reports during the contract.
Develop engaging slide decks that distill complex survey and qualitative research insights into clear, actionable findings.
Conduct extensive qualitative research including survey analysis, interviews, attendance at relevant gaming webinars, and thorough desk research.
Produce weekly blog posts aligned with ongoing research topics and insights.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure outputs align with client culture and expectations.
Manage deliverables to meet a regular cadence, with report delivery approximately every 6 weeks.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in the gaming and entertainment sectors.
Strong qualitative research skills and demonstrated ability to analyse survey data and convert insights into compelling reports and presentations.
Exceptional writing, reading comprehension, and storytelling abilities to create engaging, polished deliverables.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent deliverables.
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining clear communication with the team.
Previous experience producing customer insights reports or similar deliverables is essential.
Must provide examples of previous work during the interview process.
