Description Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and tax requirements. Manage payroll reporting and provide insights to the Accounting & Finance department. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related queries efficiently. Implement and optimise payroll systems and processes. Lead system implementation projects. Support audits and maintain accurate payroll records. Lead and develop the payroll team to meet departmental goals. Profile The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in Payroll Management or as Head of Payroll. Strong understanding of UK & Irish payroll legislation and tax regulations. Proficiency in payroll software and accounting tools. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management. Job Offer A competitive salary range of 70,000 to 78,000 GBP, depending on experience.
