The Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor's role
The successful Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor will play a key role in managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, while also contributing to the professional development of junior team members. With a focus on delivering exceptional client service, the Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor will handle tasks including leasehold work, lease extensions, SDLT requirements, and more.
The Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor
To be considered for this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 3 years' experience managing complex residential conveyancing caseloads.
2. Strong technical knowledge in areas such as residential conveyancing, leasehold and lease extensions, transfers of equity, and dealing with unregistered properties.
3. Experience in dealing with SDLT requirements and restrictions or cautions lodged against properties.
4. A proven ability to develop and manage junior staff members.
5. Demonstrable experience in building strong client relationships and developing new business with estate agents and brokers.
