Trainee Intumescent Estimator – Full-Time (40 hrs) – Perth
Firespec Ltd – a leading passive fire protection consultancy – is looking for a Trainee Intumescent Estimator to join our growing team. This is a technical, computer-based role, ideal for someone with strong IT skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities
* Quantify intumescent coatings for fire-protecting steel structures using construction plans and drawings (computer-based).
* Input and manage data using various software systems.
* Communicate with clients and build strong working relationships.
* Occasional construction site visits to assist with inspections.
* Provide additional support across the business when needed, including proofreading technical reports.
Requirements
* Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
* Adaptable and eager to learn quickly.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Qualifications
* Construction/technical related qualification are an advantage but not essential.
