The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and resilient Class Teacher with a specialist in Maths to join our passionate team. This role is ideal for someone who truly believes in removing barriers to learning and providing high-quality education to pupils who may have experienced challenges in mainstream settings.
You will deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3-KS4, adapting your teaching to meet diverse needs and abilities, while also contributing to a broader curriculum offer within our provision.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver creative, differentiated Maths lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
· Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, supporting them to develop confidence and resilience.
· Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to support academic and behavioural progress.
· Contribute to personalised learning plans and liaise with families, external agencies, and internal staff.
· Create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
Were looking for a Teacher who is:
· A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS desirable but not essential).
· Experienced in teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
· Passionate about working with pupils who have additional needs, SEMH challenges, or who benefit from smaller, nurturing environments.
· Creative, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
· Committed to making a meaningful impact on young peoples lives.
