Front of House Security Receptionist - Data Centre Campus

Location: Farnborough
Department: Security
Reporting To: Security Manager
Salary: £26,500 + Annual Bonus (up to 30%)
Working Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday

Our Datacentre Client is seeking a Front of House Security Receptionist to be the face of their prestigious Farnborough campus. If you’re a professional, organised, and personable individual with a strong sense of responsibility, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:

As our Front of House Security Receptionist, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the reception area. Your role is pivotal in ensuring all visitors and staff receive a positive first impression of the Campus. You will work closely with the Security Team, manage visitor access, and support a variety of front-of-house duties with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience.

*

Manage visitor and staff access, including issuing ID cards and processing portal bookings.

*

Respond to reception-related calls and emails promptly and helpfully.

*

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient reception area.

*

Liaise with cross-site reception teams and key personnel to ensure smooth operations.

*

Support the Security Manager with administrative tasks and audits.

*

Promote and embody company values in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

*

Previous experience in a front-of-house or security reception environment.

*

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

*

Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office).

*

A proactive, calm, and helpful attitude, especially under pressure.

*

Effective time management and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*

Experience with access control systems (desirable).

*

NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services (desirable).
