is seeking an experienced
Interim Head of HR
to provide strategic and operational leadership during a period of change and transformation.
This is a pivotal interim role requiring exceptional
stakeholder management and influencing skills
, as you partner with divisional leadership, global HR colleagues, and senior business stakeholders to align people strategy with commercial priorities.
The Role
As Interim Head of HR, you will act as a trusted advisor to the divisional leadership team, ensuring that HR drives business performance and supports growth. You will be responsible for leading on talent, organisational design, employee engagement, and cultural development, while navigating the complexities of a global, matrix-led organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Partnering
– Act as strategic HR partner to divisional leadership, influencing decisions and ensuring people strategy aligns with business objectives.
* Stakeholder Management
– Build credibility with senior stakeholders across the division and wider global business, navigating complex priorities and balancing multiple perspectives.
* Organisational Design & Change
– Lead on structural change programmes, workforce planning, and organisational development initiatives.
* Talent & Leadership
– Drive succession planning, talent management, and leadership development to build a high-performance culture.
* Employee Engagement & Culture
– Shape initiatives that strengthen engagement, diversity, and inclusion across the division.
* Operational Excellence
– Oversee day-to-day HR delivery, ensuring compliance, consistency, and best practice across the division.
About You
* Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role (Head of HR, HR Director, or equivalent).
* Experience within large / leading
FMCG/food or consumer goods businesses
* Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills—able to operate with credibility at divisional and global board level.
* Strong track record of leading HR through
change, transformation, or restructuring

* Commercially focused, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented.
* Comfortable working in a
matrix structure
with multiple stakeholder groups.
