We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. You'll be on a full time contract, working 36 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a thriving £2M operation at one of the world's most iconic heritage sites Stonehenge. You'll oversee a high-volume, multi-outlet business, shaping exceptional visitor experiences while managing budgets, driving sales, and leading a dynamic team. This role offers an engaging blend of leadership, creativity, and impact in a truly unique setting.
As the Stonehenge Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the food and beverage operation at the iconic world heritage site, welcoming over 1.4 million visitors a year.
You will oversee a high-volume, multi-outlet operation, leading a team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences while managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and driving £2M in annual revenue.
To be considered as a Stonehenge Food and Beverage Manager, you'll need:
- Experience in High-Volume F&B Operations - Proven track record managing multi-outlet food and beverage businesses, ideally in a visitor attraction or hospitality setting.
- Strong Leadership & Team Development - Ability to recruit, train, and lead a diverse team, using a coaching and mentoring approach to drive high performance.
- Financial & Commercial Acumen - Experience in budget management, revenue generation, cost control, and stock management to achieve financial targets.
- Expertise in Food Safety & Compliance - Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, allergen regulations, licensing laws, and health & safety standards, ensuring high compliance and hygiene ratings.
- Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Management - Skilled in overseeing day-to-day F&B operations, maintaining supplier relationships, and contributing to sustainability and site investment initiatives.
