The Opportunity: To assist and support the operation of the Helpdesk department, ensuring administration tasks are handled efficiently within this busy, fast-paced team. This role will work across the Reactive Helpdesk, supporting customers with product maintenance. You'll be using Sage 200, company systems and software, and Microsoft Office packages (particularly Outlook and Excel) on a daily basis. The Role: Be the first point of contact, handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency. Log all reactive and maintenance callouts accurately on the system. Coordinate engineer site visits and maintain clear communication with clients. Gather and organise all paperwork completed by engineers. Create and send small quotes when additional or follow-up work is required. Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and to the required standard. Keep multiple client portals up to date with relevant information. Support the team with order entry and installation scheduling. Process purchase orders and invoices promptly through our system. Work closely with the warehouse to manage stock levels and arrange deliveries. The Ideal Candidate: Excels in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities. Picks up new systems and processes quickly. Proactive in asking questions and sharing ideas for improvement. Strong attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. The Package: Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience). 22 holidays plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 with length of service and attendance.
