Pay Rates (Days - Monday to Friday)
* First 40 Hours (Mon-Fri): £24.15/hour + £2.91 holiday pay = £27.06/hour
* Over 40 Hours + Saturday/Sunday: £30.18/hour + £3.63 holiday pay = £33.81/hour
Lodge Allowance
£60.00 per day worked (if residing over 50 miles from site)
Hours
55-70 hours per week (Monday to Sunday available)
The Role
We are recruiting 6 experienced Coded Structural Welders for a major infrastructure project based near Leamington Spa / Kenilworth. This is a long‑term opportunity on a high‑profile, fast‑paced project. Welders will be required to carry out heavy structural steel welding on plate thicknesses up to 100mm, with 100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT). All welding will be carried out using 136 - MAG (Flux Core) and 138 - Flux Core. High standards of workmanship and adherence to site safety procedures are essential due to the nature of the project.
Requirements
* Valid CSCS Card or CCNSG
* Current or previously coded in ISO 9606 - 136 & 138 (all positions)
* Proven experience welding heavy structural steel (up to 100mm plate)
* Experience working to UT standards (100% testing environment)
* Safety Critical Medical (Preferred but not essential)
