Now Hiring: Field Operations Control Officer
We're looking for a detail‑focused, proactive team player to join our Field Operations team! If you're great at multitasking, staying calm under pressure, and want a role that genuinely makes a difference in keeping communities safe - this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do
Schedule and manage tasks for Field Monitoring Officers
Make sure monitoring equipment is correctly assigned
Support field teams with queries and updates
Log leave and absence information
Spot and report any curfew breaches
Handle calls and complete end‑of‑shift handovers
Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and partner agencies
Hours & Working Pattern
Shifts between 9am to 5.30pm
Monday to Friday
First 4-6 weeks fully on-site in Warrington, then move to 2 days in the office a week
2‑week in‑person training provided
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills
Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination
Confident working under pressure
Good with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Customer-focused and adaptable
