About the Role:

Pay: £90 - £100 per day, paid weekly
Location: Batley, West Yorkshire
Start Date: Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with SEND in an Early Years setting.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Support classroom activities and help with the preparation of learning materials.
Work closely with teachers and other staff to monitor and encourage student progress.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to children, focusing on their educational and developmental needs.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEND, particularly with Early Years and KS1 Children.
A compassionate and patient approach to supporting children's individual needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications or experience in childcare, education, or SEND support is highly desirable.
