Job Description
Our client, a national law firm, is looking to hire a well-versed Planning lawyer into their ever-growing team.

This firm can offer a supportive, flexible working environment and exposure to a wide variety of high‑profile planning work.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in:
* Drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements, highways agreements and other statutory/planning‑related obligations
* Advising on planning law, highways matters and related regulatory frameworks
* Undertaking due diligence for property and corporate transactions
* Handling contentious planning work, including inquiries, hearings, judicial review claims and statutory challenges
* Supporting large‑scale regeneration and development projects (experience in this area is a strong advantage)
