Duties for the Mechanical Engineerinclude:-
* Provide mechanical design solutions as instructed by the Senior/Project Engineers.
* Input on projects, using sound technical competencies.
* Produce engineering designs, specifications and documentation.
* Assist in the preparation of operating and maintenance manuals.
* Assist sales and marketing in the preparation of quotes and proposals.
* Provide offsite engineering support.
* Provide customer support.
* Provide technical support to the production, logistics and integration departments.
* Work within the requirements of company procedures and national/international regulations.
Experience needed to be successful:-
1. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related/equivalent subject
2. Sound Mechanical engineering knowledge.
3. 3D CAD modelling using Solidworks & PDM
4. Finite Element Analysis using Ansys and/or SolidWorks Simulation.
5. Structural analysis including hand calculations.
