Customer Care Executive\n Kingston\n Hybrid Working\n £30,000\n \n A food company based in Kingston are on the looking for an organised and efficient Customer Care Executive to join their team.\n \n The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and be someone who has a desire to learn, adapt and grow within a role.\n \n Customer Care Executive Responsibilities:\n \nManage the onboarding process for new suppliers \nEnsure updated product specifications are obtained for label reprints and check for any necessary updates \nMonitor packaging stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure supply chain continuity \nCreate and ensure SSCC labels are agreed upon with suppliers \nProvide additional support to the customer service team during busy periods to ensure a high level of service \nHandling customer queries over telephone and email \nHandle customer complaints and compensation, ensuring resolutions meet company standards \nEnsuring supplier certifications are up to date \nSupport cross-functional requests for product launch and quality Customer Care Executive Specification:\n \nTo have experience within a customer service role. \nKnowledge of EUFIC Regulations/Allergen Labelling would be beneficial \nExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. \nStrong communication skills to liaise ef...
