The Role Youll be the go-to technical support resource across a busy multi-site environment, ensuring systems are running smoothly and users are well supported. Youll work closely with the existing IT function, supporting both day-to-day operational needs and ongoing technology improvements as the company continues to scale. What Youll Be Working With Youll get hands-on with a broad range of technologies, including: Active Directory administration Office 365 / Microsoft 365 support Azure AD / Azure-based services Endpoint management across the organisation Power Automate workflows and process automation Hardware troubleshooting and general user support Supporting a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, loves problem-solving, and wants to be part of a company where IT is essential to keeping the wheels moving.
