Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Role: Full time, 37.5 hours, 9am – 5.30pm with some flexibility. Extensive overseas travel

Job Role – Exhibition Project Manager:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex exhibition stand projects. Acting as the single point of accountability, you will ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Key duties include:
* Managing the full project lifecycle: concept, planning, production, on-site build, live days, and breakdown.
* Creating detailed project plans, schedules, and cost trackers.
* Leading budgeting and resource management across multiple shows.
* Coordinating clients, venues, suppliers, contractors, and freelance crew.
* Negotiating quotes and overseeing procurement.
* Interpreting technical drawings and ensuring design feasibility.
* Handling logistics for stand components, AV, and branding installations.
* Acting as site lead, supervising build and breakdown teams, and resolving issues.
* Ensuring CDM and Health & Safety compliance, including inductions, risk assessments, and daily briefings.
* Delivering client handovers, post-show evaluations, cost reconciliations, and project documentation.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, problem-solving, and client management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects at once.
Do you have:
* Experience in client focussed exhibition stand project management.
* In-depth knowledge of construction processes, venue operations, and H&S best practices.
* Excellent organisational, administrative, budgeting, and time management skills.
* Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical schematics.
* Proficiency in project management software (ideally Monday) and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
* Ability to maintain a focus on detail while simultaneously keeping sight of the broader objectives.
* Strong and concise communication skills with stakeholder management capabilities.
* The ability to commit to regular international travel and a non-standard working routine across multiple sites and time zones.
Desirable, but not essential:
* A degree or equivalent in Event Management, Engineering, Construction, Design, or related field.
* CDM Training & IOSH Managing Safely.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to draw, with detailing.
