Taking ownership for scoping out, advising on and implementing a range of improvements to our Quality procedures and processes - you will join as we look across the organisation to further improve our Quality Management Systems within the SPTS Division.
You will implement appropriate improvements as we drive to be better.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:
1. Devising and delivering a Quality Improvement Plan to strengthen current QMS
2. Implementation of internal audit program
3. Working as part of cross functional teams to map current processes and identify improvements that will improve SPTS as a business
4. Identifying, defining and embedding new processes

5. Can show quality systems experience in a regulated environment - including responsibility for introducing new processes and procedures
6. Have strong verbal and written communication skills
7. Are keen to be responsible for ISO 9001 external audits - receiving training if required
8. Work well within diverse groups of people
9. Are familiar with swim lane process mapping
10. Have Internal auditing experience
11. Have strong IT Skills
12. Have experience of ERP and MES systems (preferred)
13. Can also ideally demonstrate 8D, Lean, 5 Why’s, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, FMEA experience
Your qualifications:
14. Ideally, degree qualified in an engineering or manufacturing subject or equivalent experience
15. Ideally, qualified in six sigma to green belt level or higher
