Location: MSSC National Support Centre, 200B Lambeth Road, London, SE1 7JY
Contract: Full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months (Start date 26th August 2025)
Salary: £22,250 gross per annum

We are seeking a people-focused Learning Team Coordinator to promote training activities and support senior volunteers.
The Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC) is a vibrant charity providing nautical adventure and personal development opportunities for young people and seafarers. We are committed to our vision and five-year strategy to enhance our impact and support volunteers.

Responsibilities:
* Manage inboxes and support volunteers
* Create and post social media content for courses
* Distribute certificates to cadets
* Maintain sections of the website
* Assist in creating engaging learning activities for cadets
* Support volunteer subject matter experts
Requirements:
* Strong customer service and support skills
* Experience with Sea Cadets or similar organization, as a cadet or volunteer
* Organizational and planning skills
* Alignment with MSSC values: Respect, Loyalty, Self-Discipline, Commitment, Honesty & Integrity, Courage
Desirable:
* Experience with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
* Creative skills for marketing materials
* Experience in delivering training to young people
