Our client, a nationally renowned accident repair specialist, is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join their team in Sunderland. Duties of the Panel Beater:
* Repair and replace body components on damaged vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition
* Use expertise to determine the most effective repair approach, adhering to manufacturer standards
* Communicate effectively with MET and Paint technicians to ensure seamless completion of repairs
* Utilise specialist body repair equipment within a high-spec workshop as a Panel Beater
* Ensure all repairs meet industry and health & safety guidelines
* Maintain detailed records of repairs and work performed
Requirements:
* Extensive experience working as a Panel Beater; previous working knowledge is essential
* Fully qualified (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) or time served experience
* ATA qualification is desirable but not essential
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and team-working abilities
* Awareness of relevant health and safety regulations in the automotive industry
* Flexible approach to working hours and tasks
