Role Overview
You are the face of our business, placing the customer at the heart of everything you do. Greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner, you show genuine interest in their needs and will have opportunities to learn about our products to assist them effectively.
Role Responsibilities
* Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
* Provide exceptional service, using your product knowledge to assist customers in-store and across multi-channel sales.
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
* Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and new stock displays.
* Maintain shop floor and back-of-house tidiness.
* Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
* Adhere to all FatFace policies and GDPR procedures.
