What you'll bring to the team
* A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with energy and enthusiasm
* Confidence interacting with guests and creating memorable experiences
* Ability to work across multiple areas including retail shop floor, tills and bar
* A proactive approach to upselling products and meeting targets
* Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude
* A keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and merchandising
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Qualifications & Experience
* Must be 18+ (due to serving alcohol)
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is desirable
* Comfortable handling cash and operating tills
* Confident serving alcohol and adhering to licensing requirements
* Basic understanding of health & safety and hygiene standards
* Good communication skills with the ability to engage guests at all levels
