The Wildebeest is a 3 AA Rosette Restaurant located 5 miles outside of Norwich offering a find dining experience in relaxed surroundings. Due to our expanding kitchen team and continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our Team at The Wildebeest which is part of the award-winning restaurant group G & D Ventures.
You'll oversee the kitchen in the head chef's absence, meet high standards of food hygiene and professionalism. Managing the kitchen staff and leading the team in cooking and preparing meals during service. Deal with suppliers and the handle of paperwork, such as ordering and invoicing and health and safety.
This is a Permanent full time position.
We offer a great starting salary, depending on experience, plus share of tips and bonus scheme with earning potential up to £42 000 OTE. Working 4 days out of 7. Staff meals and paid overtime. Own transport beneficial due to location of restaurant.
Previous experience in a a minimum 2 AA Rosette establishment is essential.
